Prior to starting her career in real estate, Pina took a college diploma in HVAC installation – how cool is that! She believed that to effectively manage her late father’s plumbing and heating business she needed to intimately understand its operations. She also simultaneously managed her large family’s property holdings. Both of these experiences brought her to the understanding that real estate was her true calling and she followed by taking her real estate license. The rest is history. Ten years later she became a Real Estate Broker.

Now, with over 30 years of integral involvement in Toronto real estate sales, Pina’s proficiency in the field has earned her a reputation as an adept ace that effectively pursues outstanding opportunities for her cherished clients. Pina learned early on that a one-size-fits-all approach is untenable and she goes the extra distance to understand each and every client’s unique needs and wants. She carefully tailors her representation of each individual to a tee.

In the Toronto area, Pina has a particular passion for the neighbourhoods of Little Italy, Kingsway, Roncesvalles, Queen Wes, West and Bloor West Village and she knows them inside out. Pina offers all that a buyer or seller could possibly desire including an extensive knowledge of these 6 neighbourhoods. Her knack for matching each client with the right property has them returning to her year after year and giving her name to colleagues, family and friends. She has a keen awareness of market shifts and trends in these communities, the result of her years of accumulated experience. Pina has even been sought out to give her opinion of market conditions on HGTV’s “Home to Flip” with Peter Fallico.

Pina embodies honesty, integrity and dedication. She is enthusiastic, friendly and a skillful negotiator on behalf of her clients. Their wonderful testimonials about her speak volumes. Pina has a generous spirit. She regularly volunteers for charity programs such as Feed the Children and Blessings in a Back Pack – a charity for children in need around the Greater Toronto Area, and other local charities which support student growth and development.

Pina’s hobbies include running, nature walks, travelling, antique collection, and interior design. She immensely enjoys cooking and plans on a visit to Tuscany, Italy to expand upon her culinary skills.
